I think I scared this guy away I'm interested in.
I screw up everything with men every time I'm interested in a guy.
I don't know him too well.
But I'd like to get to know him better I'm not even sure if I'm into him I'm really just trying to see.
He added me on facebook
-I asked him to come to happy hour (He had a final exam)
-Then I wrote on his wall 3 times in the past month.
(Telling him we should meet up, asking him how his summer was etc.)
-I sent him 2 event invites in the past month. (had a party & lost my phone)
-I also just messaged him through chat & said "Hey" but he signed off.
I think I may have gone a little overboard.
He ignored my most recent wall post and never responded to any of my event invites.
I was going to send him a private message apologizing and explaining to him that I just moved to the area, I don't know a lot of people, and I'm just trying to make friends/get to know people.
Would that be overdoing it?
Should I just let this one go?

I would say the ball is in his court and I'd let it go.
Don't you deserve someone who is interested in you and expresses that interest openly?
You are new to the area and looking to meet people and make friends, so consider becoming involved in some local activities that you find interesting. I don't know how busy you are, but volunteering or joining a book club or some kind of organized activity/class might offer you a chance to get to know people.
Once you make some platonic friends, they might help connect you to some possible romantic interests who will be more into you.
Definitely don't sell yourself short by pursuing a guy who is not really responsive.
