how common to find in the USA and how compared to Britain?

how their attitude is towards others who are maybe more progressive...and not "conservative" in same way they are?

why they are like this and which region of the USA is most common to find?

also, are most fairly well off financially? how so and why?

please explain what you can WHICH TYPES OF VEHICLES MOST DRIVE TOO AND WHY?...why so common this?

Both are conservative, but George W. is the evangelical (a United Methodist specifically), though he admitted publicly he doesn't take the bible literally. Jeb is a Roman Catholic, and George Sr. is an Episcopalian, both of whom tend to be a bit more reserved in their faith than Evangelical denoms, particularly when speaking of it.

There certainly are conservative, Christian types in Britain, but they are far fewer in number than the USA.
