I have a vista hp dv6700 laptop upgraded to windows 7. Since it has been used for like 4 years, the fan got very noisy so I decided to take it apart and clean it. I carefully opened the bottom cover and cleaned everything, and put everything back right. However, now that the laptop starts up, it gets stuck at the "Starting Windows" screen and never got to the log in screen. Any help to resolve that is appreciated.
