eh so after giving up on my shy crush after several months, i stopped talking to him (b/c he had trouble initiating and would always wait for me to do so first. for everything.)

after two weeks of not talking to him, he contacts me just to talk, casual stuff. then we talked the next night and he asked me to msg him the next day to tell me about some concert. but when i did he was watching a movie and said he tell me all about it later. but he wasnt busy enough to disagree with me on fb comments i left my friend, and talk to other people. goddam.
4 days later he still hasnt talked to me...however, he left a pointless fb comment as if to say, "pay attention to me" and so i left a comment to just acknowledge him...and now, again, he's ignoring me.

why even bother to contact me in the first place if he's not willing to talk?

of course im not going to bother with him, but i want to know why a guy would be so pointless?
