He doesn't truly care about you. I'll bet he's only sweet to you when you're being sweet to him, or when he wants something. If I guy truly cares about a girl, he'll have her feelings rated as more important than his. He'd also never dream of saying anything but nice things about her. He'll not change unfortunately.

I know it's a kick in the head, but you need to leave him before things get worse, trust me they'll get worse. But on the bright side, there's someone out there who will care for you more than anything, who's your best friend and the man of your dreams. I promise!

Idk if you really want to take advice from a younger teen but I went out with this guy for a really long time and hes a DOUCHE sometimes but i really liked him! He's so funny sometimes and good looking and i always fall for him ! We broke up a few months ago because we got into a fight because he was constintly being mean and making jokes about my overweight friend... It really wasnt cool...Even now i find myself still looking his way and wanting to be near him, but ITS NOT WORTH IT! He acts like he doesn't care about me and hell, i dont want to chase a guy that doesnt wanna be around me so u know what? I dont care about him! he really isnt worth it and u need to find someone who you KNOW u can always trust and someone who understands u! It may take a few years to find THE ONE but i think it will be worth the wait because i believe EVERYONE has a chance at finding someone who truly understands and loves them and isnt SOMETIMES nice and SOMETIMES a douche. ALWAYS nice and caring and NEVER a douche
