God created Hell and Heaven. He did so to separate evil from good otherwise Satan would live eternally amongst us and there would be no end to our suffering. God didn't create it for humans, but those who love evil over good (i.e. Hitler, Stalin), they would die in their sins because they are not sorry for the evils they have committed. If they lived in Heaven, their actions would still be evil, and people would still suffer under their regime, is that fair?
God does not want anyone to suffer which is why He sent Jesus His only son in human flesh to die in our place for our sins, thus giving us (every one) THE CHOICE so we can choose not to go to Hell if we decide to follow Him. If God didn't give us that choice at all, then I guess it may be unfair, but HE HAS!
So why is this unfair when the choice is ours alone?

Please no 'God doesn't exist' replies because these answers are just like a bunch of sheep all bleating the same chorus!

Becuase they dont know if they are forgiven or not, either know if you repent God still forgives you no matter what.
