Why Do Not We Say "I Do Not Like" Rather Than Saying "It'S Not Nice"?

Because beauty is subjective and that by definition a person does not find beautiful, another person may find it nice to see even very beautiful.
I wonder then why not say "I do not like" seeing something.

Vu que la beauté est subjective et que par définition ce qu'une personne ne trouve pas beau,une autre personne pourra trouver ça beau voir même très très beau.
alors je me demande pourquoi ne pas dire"j'aime pas"en voyant quelque chose.
