Which handset is the cheapest Android handset with 3G, capacitive touch screen, GPS, and good video quality ? Is LG optimus me a good option?

Most cheap Android phones don't pack good cameras so don't expect good video quality. The Optimus Me is not bad. But I recommend the Optimus One as the screen is bigger but offers pretty much the same functions as the Optimus Me. Plus, the Optimus One will get Android 2.3 Gingerbread soon.
