last year i met this guy in one of my classes and we became really good friends, like best friends. well my best friend (girl) that i've known since kindergarden, wanted to talk to him so they started texting in the summer. she became very clingy and texted him nonstop even though she never met him. and she knew the whole time that we kinda had a thing for each other (me and him.) well with her doing that and talking to him 24/7 it made me and him split apart quite a bit and we stopped talking to each other. this past january he texted me saying him and her were dating. i was so mad because she practically used me to get to him... anyways so now he is in a different country visiting his family for pretty much the whole month of june. she will not stop obsessing over him. she carries his jacket around like a blanket and constantly texts me and IMs me saying how much she misses me but its okay because "they love each other" and blah and it just makes me sick to think he used to be MY best friend. and she keeps asking for advice because apparently ive known him longer and better than her... and i try to be nice and tell her like "oh, well don't worry he'll send you a facebook message when he can he's just busy" ... i have been going on like 3hrs+ conversations with her for the past 2 weeks about him and how she misses him. i mean its understandable to miss your boyfriend, but all my friends agree shes going crazy and being totally obsessive. how can i tell her (nicely) to STOP ASKING ME because i am no longer friends with him, and frankly no one wants to hear about your boyfriend 24/7.

(and before they were ever going out she only talked about him and nothing else. he is the only thing she talks about anymore ever since last august pretty much and im TIRED OF IT.)

Just try to tell her something like, "I can't really talk about this that much sorry i kinda don't care that much and i'm really busy." then try to laugh it off like you're joking but not really. she'll get the idea and will be a bit mad at first but she be fine.
