I purchased a new, larger, hard drive for my laptop. I don't want to go through the process of setting up my Windows the way I like it all over again, so I was wondering if there's a program out there that can do it for me?

I DO NOT have a desktop PC at the moment, it's at my brother's, so if possible, I need something that I can use from my portable hard drive or a DVD.

Something free would be awesome, too :].
