Multiple times I've wished I had some sort of comrpession software to compress photos to make them smaller.. The images are usually jpg so I don't think changing the format will help compress them at all. What is a good program for compressing them further? I would like to be able to specify a target file size (e.g. 2MB; kinda like you can do with handbrake).
