i need complete information regarding this ieee. including the font size, measurements to be followed and papersize. if am wrong with my question please suggest me what it mean(Ieee format)...its very urgent..help me out

the IEEE is the Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers. They deal with computer and eletronic standards, such as 802.11n - a standard for wireless networks.

They would have no bearing on a paper format, you might be thinking of a format such as MLA.
