i finally made an account and when i click on an item i then click on add to game. then nothing happens.. can anyone tell me whats happening

Click add to game again and again and again.
If that doesn't work:
What type of browser are you using? If you're using Google Chrome, you'll need to open the launcher first and then click add to game. A pop up should come up and just click agree.
If you're using Internet Explorer then (in my experience) two pop-ups will open and you need to click agree or accept or I understand or what ever and then the Launcher will open and start downloading.
If this isn't happening then it's probably just the exchange being stupid, like it usually is. Give it a day or so and it'll be fine.
