When I stare it means I find a person very intrigugin (guy or girl) and I want to see as more than a stranger. I does not mean I want to date them or that I find them attractive, Guys? Girl? What does it mean when YOU stare at someone?

i usually only stare at girls because either i love what they are wearing, they are real pretty l0l, or just to recognize them if i feel like i know them. sometimes i might stare at their awkwardness if that makes any sense. i never stare at men they are boring and if i do they think im trying to date them as you said which is not the case NEVER.
