Well where do you live? Because some areas have what its called METROPC or CRICKET its cellphone plans that are so cheap and unlimited everything messaging calling longdistance for only a low flat rate plan i think the cheapest is like $20 something the highest was like $55 and thats on smartphones so it ranges pretty much $20-$55 at the most and the only bad thing is you have to purchase the cellphone full price the most expensive phone ive seen was like $230 at most ive had a pay as you go trust me no good its worthless they have cheap phones also in those companys ive mention. :) hope it helps..
