Unexplained Weight Loss?
hello,
I recently saw my weight up to 8kg in a few weeks without any explanation (I always watch my diet + sport every day)
and even eating the least, my weight has increased to make me mad.
and there in 7 days, without more attention that I lost 7kg.
eat less because I confess I hold very quickly right now but I eat balanced:
morning:
250ml milk
4 rusk
20g butter 15%
1 fruit
PM:
steamed vegetables
fish or lean meat
50g of starch (raw) or 150 g legume
0% 1 yogurt
and fruit
at 4am is often an ice water since it's hot
and the evening did not feel like cooking I eat
1 biscuit
1 slice lean ham
1 tsp butter 15%
0% 1 yogurt
and fruit.
it's normal to lose as many pounds with this diet?
