I wanted to ask one thing: I have a subscription with the three named Top 400, I pay 29 per month and have 400 minutes of free calls to tuti, 100 free sms to all 2 GB of the Internet.

In some parts of the cover 3 is not active and therefore connects to the TIM, then ... when the undercover Tim sms, calls and internet are included in your subscription or hidden charges?
