Comet on her blouse or something. If you are a girl ask her where she got it and strike up a conservation about shopping and that could lead to similar interests, movies and then maybe a date. If you are a guy you can do the same thing, just instead of talking about shopping you can say that she reminds you of someone you know, get her on your good side. You can also just say she is pretty girls love that.
