I have feelings for a good friend of mine. We talk everyday and hangout alot too. She gets close to me alot, she flirts with me and teases me, she also said i'm one of a kind? But she said she doesn't want to be in a relationship so she won't have to go through another break up, but she also said she can never imagine me hurting anyone in a relationship.
I would feel so much relief if I told her how I felt, but I don't know if it's worth it.

either she likes you, or she's playing games.
my guess is she likes you but doesnt know how to tell you.
so yea you should tell her...if she doesnt like you then you can move on and find someone else
what isnt worth it is sitting around keeping your feelings inside and never telling her...
life is too short not to tell her how you really feel. :)
