I think you should tell her all of this at once. You should tell her how you feel and then you should tell her that your opinion may be biased, but you don't think she should stay in a relationship where she's unhappy. If she feels remotely the same way, she might leave him for you. If not, you probably wouldn't have been better off after they broke up anyway. This way you can be completely honest with her and help her while informing her of your potential bias.
