You should never do anything with a boy you don't want to. He probably has never kissed a girl before and wants to tell his mates all about it. Men are wonderful boasters and little boys even more so.
Boys are not as grown-up as girls around early teens - I'd think he won't be a match for you. Just don't get led on, keep him on the leash - but enjoy yourself too.
