Should I Accuse My Neighbor? Without Hurting Feelings?
I have this wallet. It is a nice wallet. My neighbor (who's supposed to be my friend, but we kind of aren't but have to be.) has always envied this wallet. I took care of his dog this weekend while he was away, and his mom paid me for it. I was then in his house for a little while. I really think I left my wallet (now with money in it) there. He also lost his iPod and I know he suspects me of stealing it (its kind of obvious), and he always says how hes trying really hard to get some more money. I had 46 dollars in that wallet (along with other stuff). I went through my entire house and neighborhood with a flashlight checking for a couple hours and still couldn't find it. Then, I went to his door and asked casually that I think I left my wallet there. He seemed in a hurry to make me leave and didn't let me check really at all. Should I accuse him? If so, how can I get the truth, without hurting anybody's feelings?
