Olá, se voce tiver o windows 7 é só digitar no menu iniciar "criador de dvd do windows" (sem aspas) e seguir os passos.
Senão baixe o programa Format Factory http://www.baixaki.com.br/download/Forma…
e converta para o formato de video VOB e grave com seu gravador de cd´s favorito como "dvd de dados" e pronto.
