I'm Cuban resident in the United States and my wife is in Mexico. We were married seven years ago in Cuba, just that I spent for the United States just to gain my residence a few months ago I have.

Now both want to fix their immigration documents, but they are delaying it four years to be given an immigrant visa at the consulate in Ciudad Jurez in Mexico.
I wonder if anyone has been on our case and if because I am Cuban visa tramitaran it to my wife who is Mexican faster and not have to wait for the row of four years.
