El reseteo de un router lleva a que el se queda con las configuraciones tal como ha salido de fabrica. Muchas compañías que te "dan" el router te lo dan preconfigurado o te dan un Cd que introduce las caracteristicas de la conexión desde el ordenador al router.
Lo mas facil es que contactes con tu proveedor de servicios y ellos te ayudaran o bien te bajes información de la conexión que te dirá los datos que debes poner en esos iten en ingles
