so me and my now ex bf were dating for 10 months and we were so in love with each other and then two months ago my parents found out. we stopped seeing each other and then last night got in a huge argument and he said he wanted a break. i took it more dramatically and started crying. then i asked him to come see me today (i live two hours away from him). when he came to see me his decision didnt change. i cried and screamed and begged but he said he doesnt really care about me anymore and he doesnt know why. then today when i got home i asked him if we could just talk as friends and he could come see me and he said we can just email each other once a week and its best i get over him soon. ive never had such an amazing perfect boyfriend. everyone i knew envied us but now idk what to do. we hadnt had sex but i did everything else with him and before that i had never done anything more than kiss a boy. i really love him and when i told him that we were in love he said it was just a fling. my heart really hurts and i cant stop crying. idk what to do PLEASE HELP

It takes TWO people to form a strong relationship, obviously you are doing everything you can on your end and he is not budging. I know you are in a phase where all you want is to be with him and you just feel like shutting the whole world out, I know how you feel because I used to go through the same thing like you. I felt like no one understood what I was going through, at times I would think suicidal, and I would shut everyone out from my life (ea. friends & family). I blamed myself for not being a better girlfriend thinking that that might have been why my ex didn't love me more, but i was TOTALLY WRONG. Right now you are going through your first heartbreak and it will take time to get over him. Do whatever it takes you to get over him, cry all you want, let it all out and pray that you never go through the same heartbreak again. Engage yourself with your family and friends, keep yourself busy and concentrate on things that make you happy. You will get through the heartbreak and you will be a stronger person, and learn that next time you shouldn't give your heart away to someone until you are certain that they truly love you.
