she is 19 years old and living at home and her mother has beaten her and I want to call the cops on her mom because I can't stand her when she does this to her. She is constantly abusive and actually psychotic. I don't know what kind of laws protect her and stuff but she has bruises to prove the abuse. problem is that her mom has said if she even hears the cops at her house, she will kill my friend, is it best to call the cops?
