Earlier for quite a long time say for last 2 years or so, whenever microsoft support services were availabel on the relevant web. However recently when I opened the web eg. microsoft support, it does get opened but ask to sign in. And therefore services are now not available as used to be available earlier, despite the fact that I am having window vista as one of their product only. Any one may please enlighten as to the latest change in policy.
