I'm fairly sure he dislikes Zexion.
After all, Axel is the real reason he was killed. Axel was also acting under Xemnas to kill off all of all castle oblivion.
However, Axel supposedly is without a heart. Therefore he could not feel anything for anyone: hate or love.
