well mine is a complicates story but i'll make it short. i live in bangalore, india & i met this girl thru a family friend as an arranged marriage proposal & we hit it off immediately. the marriage got fixed by our parents & we both were happy. then her parents went to enquire about me in my hometown & they found out sthing unnecessary, ie. i was married for a few days 5 yrs ago but it was not at all a proper marriage. that is also a long story but believe me when i say it was not a marriage as it got annulled by the church later & hence i am a bachelor not a divorcee.
anyways they made it a huge issue & cancelled the marriage & i am depressed for the last 2.5 months. i know she liked me but her parents somehow brainwashed her & ever since then, she stopped taking my calls or replying to my mails or messages.
but her family is a lower middle class family & they depend on her financially as she is the main earning member. her parents retired, her brother is jobless & quite weird, her younger sister is just an apprentice in some average company earning peanuts. my ex gf is a teacher & she was happy with her school but now she resigned from there as well presumably bcoz she got a higher offer somewhere else. i think her parents forced her to change her job just like they convinced her that i am a bad guy.
she is very gutless & only listens to them. dont u think her parents are just misusing her for her money bcoz they need her money to survive here & is there anyway i can get her back? i want to convince her to come back to me & marry me bcoz i know she will be happy here but she just wont budge. what can i do?

It seems, your former fiancee has no mind of her own. She liked you when her parents told her to like you, and she dislikes you when her parents told her to do so.

Do you really want such a woman as a wife? Do you really want such a person setting examples, raising and instilling values in your children? Even if so, do you really think you can get along in marriage?

Answer these questions first. If it still seems worth it to you, I suggest you come up with an extra-ordinarily imaginative plan to convince her parents to make her like you back again. Exploit their weaknesses. For example, since you say they are only interested in money, perhaps you can gift her expensive jewels.
