el anti-refeljo solo sirve para eso, para evitar reflejos molestos en la pantalla. todo depende del tiempo que estes en la pantalla, asi que solo te puedo aconsejar que descanses de vez en cuando, y si te ves en un apuro, aumenta el tamaño de las letras para forzar menos la vista. ah y el brillo puedes bajarlo, pero tampoco demasiado porque seria peor para la vista
