Ask your manager if you can organise a short meeting with them to discuss your performance in the store. Try to work on the points that your manager says, and see where that leads you after a month. If it continues, then tell your manager that she is being a workplace bully, since everyone else is being treated differently to you. If that fails, then start looking for another job, and as soon as you find one, quit the one you currently have. There's no point working if you're unhappy about it.
