my iphone4 is bought from and insured by orange, i have read my insurance policy over and over and googled this 100 times but cannot find the answer.
the phone was taken out in my partners name, i make all the payments but it's in his name, can i still claim for insurance?
also, the way it broke was that i dropped it on the driveway and it was run over by my partners 4x4, it's in 3 pieces at the moment and absolutely in no way fixable! is it possible that they could reject my claim because i dropped it? maybe they will say it was clumsy of me?

As far as I am aware you are covered for accidental damage so it shouldn't be a problem. I believe he will have to make the claim since it is in his name.
