I have made it a hero chao by mistake, do I have to keep making it hero for it's other adulthood, or can I make it neutral and it become a neutral chaos chao? Basically I'm asking if there no hope for me to make this chao a neutral chaos after this incident, and I would have to make it a hero chaos (angel). It is very close to it's first reincarnation so it would be great if I could get my answer soon. Thanks!

It shouldn't matter what the first kind of adult chao it was, only the second kind, but it first being a neutral would have heighten your chance so you might need to look into the cocoon when becoming the chaos chao. You chao has now reincarnated so you must be sure to make it neutral or else it will not become what you want. Once it has reincarnated again (after 15 hours in the same garden as it) you must give it one of each of the 21 animals found in the stages, no drives what so ever. You could easily find a video on youtube where to find them all. Also the color ball your chao should have before adulthood is a green to this chao's:
