I have known this guy since I was little and we used to get on okay. Then we didn't see each other for a few years and we've both changed a lot. He is quite good looking now. But he constantly winds me up and makes fun of me about anything, and everything.

I ask him why he teases me and he says it's cos he enjoys it. I don't text him very often as he ignores them sometimes.

Sometimes it is like he wants to tell me something is bothering him but decides not to. And he also tells me things that he has done and it sounds like he is trying to impress me.

He complains when I hug him but doesn't push me away and he does playfully punch me sometimes.

Do you think he likes me?

Sometimes this can mean that he likes you. However, he may be a jerk depending on how old he is. The only way you can truly know is if you ask him or tell him how you feel if you like him more than a friend. I am also not sure about the playful punch thing. I am probably reading too much into that, though.
