I am sorry to hear all this dear. I don't understand why you kept seeing him after all this. I am not sure what you can do now. I don't think there is anything you can do legally. I would suggest you to leave him and forget about him and move on. I know this hurts a lot an you really want a revenge. But i don't think it will be of much use.
