What kind of currency do you mean?
I'm going to assume its indian rupee because it says your question was asked in india.
I think the "Tata Indicom" company will be your best choice because they have 3G service.
As far as the phone goes I would recommend a Samsung-Champ-FM for 1975 rupee, but if you are willing to go up in price a little you could get a Samsung-Mpower-Muzik for 4450 rupee, which has more features.
