Basically, I accused my ex of cheating on me about 2 weeks ago, we had a massive argument, split up because she said I don't trust her, and didn't talk for 2 days.

She then said she forgives me and will talk to me, and I asked her if that means are we back together, and she said no, we're just friends at the moment.

For the past 12 days I have been talking to her everyday on the phone (3+ times a day, texting each other multiple times, and sometimes even talking for about an hour on the phone), and every night she says I'll speak to you tomorrow.

Even in texts she still calls me babe, and puts an x at the end. She also invited me to her little birthday party (just family, and 2 close friends), and she made a joke today that we should go back to this restaurant we've been before (because the food was awful)

I haven't actually asked her if we are still friends, but in your opinion what does this look like to you..?
