Hola, claro que te lo puedes lavar no pasa nada por lavartelo desde el dia del aborto, lo unico que te recomienda es que ne te bañes en playas y piscinas hasta pasada la cuarentena, pero no pasa nada por ducharse y lavarse el pelo.
