I don't know what would be the best plan please help!!
I will be traveling abroad and was concerned on signing up to a 24 month contract If I'm abroad with an unlocked phone but still having to pay a UK bill it will add on say carphonewarehouse gave me a deal :
18 mth contract £30 mth 600 min unlimited txt and browsing free handset but than I spend 2 r 3 month abroad, so if I'm using a US SIM that month and it cost me an added £25 or £30 for credit to use the phone in the USA,we're talking about £60 on phone bill charges.

So I was thinking of buying a 30 day SIM only £20 and than buying an unlocked phone but the phone that meets the USA quadband bandwidth and that covers what I need is the HTC Wildfire S which is £239 I prefer the Desire but can only afford it as contract. Sim + phone = £600 in 18mth// contract free phone+£30= £540
In the long run I don't know what would work out cheaper HELP :)
My math is awful and I don't even know how much a Tmobile USA SIM only would cost to buy in the USA
Please I would appreciate some good suggestions I'm only trying to find the cheapest deal in the long run but I need a good 3G phoen I can use as a substitute to my laptop when traveling.
Any constant travelers, how do you do this at a budget? thank you

i would buy a cheap mobile on pay as you go when you get to your destination if you are on a budget it may be better for you
