IF you tell him his penis is small. You are a "monster". he will forever be depressed and uncomfortable in himself. You should never bring down your husbands self esteem. Let alone anyones self esteem.
He was born this way, and you need to accept that. ( i dont mean to be rude while writing this ) :)

just look up new positions, kamasutra, costumes..spice up the relationship in those ways.
maybe watch some adult films together, and see things you may like to try together. etc
