Try to call Sony and explain your problem with them. I'm sure if you provide proof of your identity and proof that you own the account, they will most likely be able to do something for you. So if you had a credit card linked to your account make sure to have it's information ready to provide to a Sony employee if asked to while explaining your situation to them.
