I have never broken my toe yet I have severe pain in my right toe when trying to wear heels with a high arch. I can't even stand in them. I can't catch my balance and I fall. I have a pair of 1 inch heels that I can wear. They hardly have an arch in them and I don't have any pain. I have two pairs of 4 inch heels and can't wear them...

For few days ..try to avoid high heels..

start wearing supportive shoes hat have good arch support and a slightly raised heel reduces stress on the plantar fascia or heel pain....this will give comfort to our feet..and when you think you are now fine with heels..then you can use that..
