But when i tried to log in my dummy account to the psn store it opened i even downloaded a DEMO. I forgot my master account's password. But When i tried to change the password via email it says PlayStation®Store is not available in the selected country or region. But in my dummy i account i can access the store PLEASE HELP ME. Im in the philippines btw.

1) Go on your ps3, log in to get the usual "email was sent to...." Dont follow the link on the email its usless as you know.
2) Copy on your web browser bar the following link: https://account.qriocity.com/reg/account/validate-forgot-password-token!input.action?token=*******
3) Open the mail Sony sent you to your mail and switch the token number (the one replaced by ********above). Yes the codes are compatible!!
4) NO MORE PlayStation®Store is not available in the selected country or region.

I had the same problem for like 3 weeks already and just tried it and voila
