Flirting is good but not too strong. The best type of flirting is the friendly type. ie maybe compliment him on something, touch his arm or kind of, touch him when you pass him and say hi. Smile at him.

BUT

Chloe, here's the secret. You have to make him chase you FIRST. If you can get him interested enough to chase you, then he will fall for you...
Now there are all types of ways you can get him to chase you. The best way I have ever ever ever heard (because it's worked for me TWICE when I have used it) is this;

If you are in the same room, just look at him, not with a smile on your face, not completely blank though, just as if you are looking at him. Eventually he will notice you are looking. They always do. When he looks over at you, look at him directly in the eyes for less than a second and then, quickly, look down at your work (if in school) or at a friend or something else and (here is the trick) and smile!! If you blush then that's fine. He will still be looking at you, guaranteed. He will see you smile.

I'm not saying this will 100% work. But it works for me.
