In my lifetime, I have seen this country dislike Chinese, Vietnamese, Russians, the French, and, currently, Muslims. Now, of course I am not speaking of everyone. But these have been the groups that it is popular not to like.

I think people are naturally xenophobic. It still makes some people uncomfortable to see an African-American dating a white person. This sort of thing just doesn't seem "natural" to some people

So, what about gay people? Oscar Wilde was convicted of, well, basically being gay, and he spent the last years of his life in prison

So, how much have we changed? How much does the Bible contribute to the non-acceptance of gay people?

One can argue that we have gotten better, but in the school where I work, a young man won't take kindly to being called gay, suggesting that we have a long way to go

So, is this mostly, or only partly, about God and the Bible?
