A micro SIM is used to call someone. A iPad does not use SIM, unless you buy the iPad 3G.
If you don't have iPad 3G, it will only have Internet if you have WiFi. 3G allows you to have Internet anywhere, and is faster than the normal WiFi + EDGE (slower than 3G, but still Internet). However, you can't call anyone through the iPad, even if you have 3G. You can't call, if you're wondering. You can use Skype, however.
A memory card is something that you store things in, and has nothing to do with Internet. iPads doesn't have a memory card slot, so no need to worry about that.
Just if you didn't know, 3G doesn't stand for third generation iPad. The third generation iPad isn't even out!
