for pictures :- i need 2 change the dimensions so tht de fit in my cel properly without geting pixlated / cropped.

I dont know if this is gonna be helpful, but, for me, to convert pictures, i use microsoft powerpoint. First I resize the picture as I want, and copy it to paint (no change in quality of picture) and save them. You can also use corel draw, or adobe photoshop..

For vids, I use 'any video converter', as it has many options, not only for mobiles, but also for other formats. But you can also try 'setup factory'.
