My parents are like over protective & they don't let me do like anything. I can't even put nail polish on. I want to dye my lower layer of my hair red, get a snake bite on my lower lip & get a tattoo on my wrist ( but when I'm older since I'm just 13). But I don't know how to tell them & what if they say no
