Me and my boyfriend have been together for 6 months. We hang out all of the time and we never stop talking. I love him with all of my heart and I do everything for him. He's the 1st guy I ever messed around with and I'm his 1st also. I don't understand why he doesn't love me at all.

Look, Sierra, I'm gonna guess by your phrasing you're in your teens, 14 to 17 or so, right? He might just not be comfortable with the whole, huge concept of love. It's a pretty heavy thing, and a bit scary you see. 6 months isn't really all that long to get used to it.
Give it time, and give it age!
